Mental Health Skill-building services are defined as individualized training to enable individuals to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. New Heights Community Support (NHCS) will assist consumers ages 18 and older (who are enrolled in Medicaid).\\\\n\\\\nNHCS will provide training in the following areas in order to be reimbursed by Medicaid:\\\\n\\\\n-Functional skills and appropriate behavior related to the individual\'s health and safety, activities of daily living, and use of community resources;\\\\n\\\\n-Assistance with medication management; and\\\\n\\\\n-Monitoring health, nutrition, and physical condition.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
