Mandated to establish the global Commercial Excellence & Development function for the Contract Logistics Division. Leading a high-performing international team and collaborating closely with regional counterparts, I am responsible for global tender governance, harmonizing legacy processes from Schenker and DSV, and driving ambitious post-merger synergy targets. We have enhanced the existing CRM-based reporting framework to significantly improve transparency on order intake and pipeline, and introduced a global content hub to provide standardized, best-in-class sales materials and templates. My role includes regular interaction with divisional and group leadership teams as part of the global executive leadership community.(Formally still on DB Schenker contract until completion of German integration, functionally acting as VP Commercial Excellence at DSV since May 2025).

I am a senior executive with 10+ years of international experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Commercial Excellence. Over the course of my career, I have combined a deep understanding of logistics operations with a passion for transformation, innovation and commercial growth.At DB Schenker, I served as Management Assistant to the Group CEO, gaining first-hand experience with executive decision-making and board governance. I later led a global transformation program co-designed with BCG, reshaping organizational structures across more than 70 countries and working directly with the CEO, Management Board and Regional CEOs.In subsequent leadership roles, I built and scaled teams in Engineering & Innovation (global responsibility for automation, robotics and AI in Contract Logistics) and now in Commercial Excellence at DSV, where I am establishing global standards, governance and reporting frameworks while steering large post-merger synergy initiatives.What drives me is the opportunity to bridge strategic transformation with operational excellence and customer impact.
