Hello! My name is Lucas, and I\'m a veteran, author, and training industry entrepreneur. Once upon a time, I launched an online training business, EAST Partnership I quickly realized the time required to build and manage courses, landing pages, manage tasks, schedules, contacts, the business pipelines, and communications was far more than I anticipated! But I loved every minute of it. Entrepreneurship lit a fire in me!I was overwhelmed with work (which is a good thing). I soon found the right learning management system and powerful integrations and life immediately changed for the better. We had the right training partners in place, a strong marketing presence, and a reputation for quality. EAST Partnership flourished and we have helped many notable manufacturers, defense partners, energy providers, and government utilities in North America! Now, I help other entrepreneurs launch successful online training businesses! I work with authors, consultants, and coaches who convert books and programs into online training products. I can help you launch your own successful training business at On the slightly nerdier side, I am a life cycle manager, project manager, and logistics engineer. I help others analyze the impacts of maintenance and resources on the life cycle of critical physical assets, including: ships planes manufacturing equipment large utilities Covering what is traditionally known as Supportability Analysis, I specialize in the highly impactful topics of Maintenance Task Analysis and Level of Repair Analysis. This stuff is VERY powerful for making life cycle decisions that support significant cost avoidance in the magnitudes of millions of dollars (e.g, 1.6M in one case). I\'m also an Assistant Professor of Engineering Management and Systems engineering at Old Dominion University.
