I love connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. I have found that bringing levity and genuine laughter into a situation is better for everyone on board. Noticing effort and achievement, being hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise, this is something I always aim to do. I started in the hospitality industry, then got my real estate license and went into residential property management. From there joined a sister company\'s relocation department. Throughout my varied experiences I have developed a real appreciation for the relationships formed and the importance of every interaction. As a property manager I helped clients protect and maintain one of their biggest investments, their rental property. Keeping a positive outlook and endearing attitude were always essential. The ability to adapt to change in the midst of managing multiple projects saved me many a time. In my current role I oversee the outgoing and inter-company referral part of the relocation program. Time management and team work are key as I process requests from over 1400 realtors and coordinate with leaders from over 45+ offices. Traveling to our offices to meet with realtors face to face and motivating them to use our program. I even dress up, sing, and rap. There are pictures available upon request :). Outside of work, I am a part of an Improv team where my teamwork and communication skills are constantly put to the test. I love attending workshops and am learning how to apply the skills developed in improv to corporate culture. Active listening, being in the moment, and discovering ideas together are all necessities in improv and office life. I also enjoy Yoga and Pilates. My favorite day is any one spent with my wonderful wife and adorable son.
