ABOUT LUCAS L. MISCHLER
Recently completed my Master\'s Degree in Art Business from Sotheby\'s Institute of Art, and published my thesis which examines the role of artist-endowed foundations in the art market and how they balance priorities related to both market and philanthropy. I have gained practical experience in the art world as well through my work as an appraisal and advisory Intern at Gurr Johns. I most recently worked as a Gallery Assistant at Les Ateliers Courbet and intend to continue to develop as an art world professional. My undergraduate degree is from Hobart College, where I double majored in Architectural Studies and Art History.
