About Lucas Kuhn
I am expert in operations, hospitality and education. I am passionate about creating positive social impact through business and ethics. I am currently a teacher at Milton Academy, where I designed and lead a new course on Ben and Jerry\'s: Business and Ethics, exploring the intersection of corporate responsibility, social justice, and environmental sustainability. I am also the director of operations at Oleana and Sofra Bakery & Cafe, two award-winning restaurants that celebrate the diversity and richness of Mediterranean cuisine and culture. In my role as the director of operations, I work with James Beard award-winning chef Ana Sortun, to manage and enhance day-to-day operations of both restaurants, while working toward long-term business targets. I mentor and support the management team to set and accomplish goals, and ensure that the quality, service, and safety standards are met and exceeded. I also leverage my skills in community outreach, social media, and public relations, to promote the restaurants\' brand, values, and vision, and to engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
