I work at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, land strategy, and rural development across Nevada and the broader West. Most recently at Cupertino Electric, I gained senior-level insight into how major energy and infrastructure projects move from early ambition to real-world execution. Working closely with developers, utilities, public agencies, and community stakeholders, I honed a practical understanding of the constraints, risks, and decision points that shape project delivery throughout the country and in a variety of markets.That private-sector perspective builds on more than a decade of leadership across government and development. As Nevada’s USDA State Director and a former White House appointee, I directed major infrastructure, financing, and rural development initiatives—navigating the policy, regulatory, and political forces that determine what gets built in the West.
