ABOUT LUCAS HICKS
I am a Senior majoring in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong foundation in math and science. I am excited to apply these principles to design and develop new products and systems. I am currently exploring various areas of mechanical engineering, including thermodynamics, mechanics, materials science, and aerospace-to gain a comprehensive understanding of the field. Through coursework and hands-on experience, I have developed proficiency in CAD software, Project Management, and Collaborative Problem Solving. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (A.S.M.E) and the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, where I collaborate with peers to tackle challenging problems and hone my leadership skills. As I continue my studies, I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to internships and research projects that allow me to further develop my expertise and contribute to cutting-edge advancements in the field.
