I have 17 years of leadership and youth development and leadership development and many more experienced I used be a camper growing up as soccer and basketball and another sports as athlete! I called ymca third home familyMy responsibility is to make sure I take care of kids students to stay safe and have fun as one of pillows of ymca rules and I provided resources and planning and attending weekly meetings and staff meetings & conference meetings & another meetings more importantly! We make sure boys and girls not be alone more importantly we make new friends and also time management I keep track of head count of attendance and another critical expectations! I work directly another senior youth directors and youth directors and site coordinator and assistant youth director & another youth counselor and another staff members make sure we have a great leadership team! Our goals are bring new things come to ymca for a bright future and more importantly we do annual campaign fundraiser for get a lot of donations! We build a awareness for example mental health and much more we also do themes for are ymca sometimesI was camper student for along time since I was little boy tell 2018 as athlete now been coming back as my third family been hired in September 7th I was interview in middle of August 2025 now I am excited more things to come back great be back and have safe and have fun as one of my expectations was for your child boys and girls make sure they are take care of them people I known my time ymca was my coach and mentors brought me here come back support me was Cal Maxwell and Chris Lassiter And Kyle Phares And Matt Douglas And Sarah Frey lastly I want to thank you to Marcus Tate who hired me the interview process I really appreciate it put the trust me work my staff and another people to make sure we make the right decision and to be informed discussion for different topics for example behavior/discipline and camper engagement and communication and attendance
