At the heart of my work is a belief: technology should feel like a relief, not a burden. That’s what drives me today at Lineups.io, where we’ve built a platform that takes the stress out of marketing for property managers. When I hear a client say, “This is the best part of my day,” I know we’re doing something right.I didn’t arrive here by chance. Early in my career, I learned the value of turning complexity into clarity. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I was thrown into massive, global systems that were as tangled as they were critical. Over time, I figured out how to transform legacy code into forward-looking solutions — and even picked up the HP CIO Innovative Award for it. What I took away wasn’t just technical skill, but the ability to make systems usable and valuable to people who depended on them.Later, I discovered the thrill of speed and impact. At a fast-moving startup, I led a small team that redesigned a beauty services platform. In just a few months, bookings tripled and revenue grew eightfold. It was proof that the right mix of vision, execution, and grit can change a business almost overnight. It also taught me humility: at startup pace, you learn to make tough calls, adapt fast, and celebrate even the small wins.Those lessons shaped the way I approach leadership today. At Lineups.io, I’ve combined the discipline of enterprise architecture with the urgency of startup execution to build technology that helps people do their jobs better — without adding noise to their day. My proudest achievement isn’t the code itself, but creating products that teams actually enjoy using.Along the way, I’ve developed a deep respect for clarity, adaptability, and empathy in technology leadership. These aren’t just skills on a résumé — they’re the throughline of my career, and the reason I’m passionate about building tools that empower rather than overwhelm.
