   Jun 2025 — Present

   Actively managing and delegating projects for a team of 10+ individuals in order to design and manufacture the PER 23 drivetrain Collaborated with other sub-teams to design and build a 4-wheel drive vehicle and compete against other university teams. Designed a motor dynamo-meter using CAD in order to test power curves of powertrain motors using the engineering design process. Modeled the stresses acting on a prototype and adjusted the designbased on changing design constraints. Conducted point simulations to determine optimal gear ratios using Matlab scripts. Developed a final design while working around manufacturing andassembly constraints (DFM)/(DFA). Created a failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) table in order to help diagnose potential problems. Developed real world testing scenarios that loaded the drivetrain in order to validate FMEA, and determine any potential new failure points. Solved unexpected issues that arose during testing of the whole system, as well as individual components.
