I am Chair of our firm\'s Executive Committee, based in our Washington, D.C. office. Before taking on this role, I served as a partner in our Corporate Practice Group. I also held the position of Managing Partner for our Washington, D.C. office, and led both our Aerospace and Defense Team and the Private Equity Team.In terms of my practice, I focus on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. My clients include companies, investment banks, and private equity firms, and I assist them with various corporate and transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, and financings. I have extensive experience handling acquisitions and leveraged financing transactions, particularly for private equity firms and other buy-out sponsors, as well as companies in industries like aerospace, defense, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, communications, luxury goods, candy, and retail. Additionally, I work with both public and private sector clients in the U.S. and abroad, specializing in cross-border transactions, especially those involving Italian and other European companies.Throughout my career, I\'ve had the opportunity to live and work in various countries including the U.S, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Poland, and Italy, and I am fluent in Italian.
