I’m Luca, a 32-yo biomedical engineer by training and a passionate professional of the life sciences industry.I’m a proud member of #TeamBayer, contributing to our mission “Health for All, Hunger for None”.I’ve served in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector for ~9 years, starting from management consulting. I then decided to join Bayer to have a higher impact in the life of patients through continuous innovation. I’ve worked in several disciplines, including Strategy, Sales Excellence, Market Access, Marketing and General Management.The three essential ingredients that I use to run teams are: 1) purpose - know why you’re doing something, 2) passion - feel the mission, and 3) boldness - dream big.I’m interested in learning new trends in leadership styles and understanding how these can create value in complex organizations.
