Since my school days, I have always been energetic and confident; it was easy for me to get the other children more engaged or motivated. I consider myself to be a good communicator, empathetic, efficient in deciding, prompt and focused on results. Destiny brought me to start my career in marine engineering and apply my skills in the naval industry. I consider myself lucky for that allows me to maintain the special bond with the marine environment well known to the people growing up by the sea. Over the past 12 years, thanks to my university studies and work experience, I have developed strong analytic skills, an extensive knowledge of marine and offshore engineering (focused on renewable energy), project planning, project management, budget control and strategic negotiation.
