Senior Partner in the Lugano (CH) office of PGA, Luca has more than 25 years of experience in the IP field. His practice emphasizes patent prosecution and opposition, patent litigation, and trademark prosecution and opposition.In the last 15 years, Luca has been involved in many complex patent disputes and Opposition/Appeal cases before the EPO, particularly in the mechanical and in the Med-Dev technical fields. Luca has worked at international level both in private practice and as in-house IP counsel gaining a level of expertise allowing him to assist medium size high tech organizations and large multinational companies on all aspects of European patent law.
