Main Tasks- Responsible for shaping, implementing and further improving the Risk Management and Project Controls practices. Monitor and review practices and associated tools and services to ensure compliance to Group requirements and fit-for-purpose use in projects. Address gaps and manage changes as required- Engage with Delivery Directors, project owners and project teams to drive changes and improvements with regards to active risk management in projects. Deliver training and support- Ensure alignment to industry best-practices within the subject matter areas of risk management and project controls – assess improvement opportunities (process and technology innovations, etc.) that can further strengthen, simplify and improve our ways of working- In collaboration with Project Assurance & Support further develop project reporting and data management models allowing for improved analysis and insight to project performance- Responsible for IT tools/platforms relevant for risk management and project controls in use for projects under the responsibility of PDU- Manage and further develop the Project Controls and Project Risk Management networks.
