ABOUT LUCA MORELLI

I\'m a Learning Coach ® - a facilitator of learning and teaching processes - with the aim to spread coaching culture in the learning environments and supporting people and teams in reaching their goals. I\'m also a Corporate Coach: I worked in UniCredit until 2021 playing as an internal coach and playing a managerial role as well. I have earned an ACC credential by the International Coach Federation in 2013 and confirmed until 12/2028. I attended courses (ACSTH) and earned certifications by TCP ITALY, U2COACH and MENSLAB developing specific coaching competencies.In the previous years I have built competencies in emotional intelligence. I attended a specific training so that I could deliver to middle managers of the company the course “Leadership for Results” based on the book “Essere Leader”, of Daniel Goleman. At the same time I was involved in projects with the aim of improving the middle managers\'s soft skills. Then I delivered courses in the italian and romanian branches of the Company.I was involved in “train the trainers program” of the Company, setting and delivering courses to colleagues who themselves delivered courses after the training.As HR Business Partner from 2001 until 2012 I supported the managers to reach their goals; I was involved in employees recruiting in Italy and in Romania too.Since 2015 I have been a volunteer in the ICF Chapter Italy in different areas (learning, pro-bono coaching for school leaders). In 2020 I was appointed as a member of the ethics committee of the same ICF Chapter.Last but not least, with the aim of providing customers with further support in terms of awareness, in 2021 I obtained the title of CERTIFIED EMERGENETICS ASSOCIATE, acquiring the skills for returning the Emergenetics Profile® to individuals or entire teams.
