I hold the position of Senior Manager of one of the Projects/Services Unit of Topnetwork SpA.This Unit mainly runs Software Development Projects and Application Management Services, Testing, IT Service Desk and System Services.I mainly carry out the following activities- Coordination of Project Managers and Service Managers- Planning and allocation of people on the various activities based on their skills, performance evaluation, analysis of the satisfaction levels of all collaborators- Management of the monthly Profit & Loss trend by monitoring the achievement of the objectives set in terms of time, quality and costs for each order- Provision of the necessary technical support to the Sales Managers in the various pre-sales phases of projects and services (e.g: preparation and exhibition of presentations to Customers, writing of technical offers, definition of the business cases and business plans).
