With now 10+ years experience in intralogistic & warehousing, I started as a telescopic fork sales engineer focusing on South Korean market. I got the chance there to work with great but rigid professionals and I learnt how much empathy is the key to conduct international business with foreign cultures.The combination of my background and the experience gained brought me to become the sales & product manager for a new shuttle system that allowed me to expand the knowledge on complex systems and to get in touch with a variety of \"new\" countries and companies to develop such growing business.After years of building success for the new technology, I become the key account manager of the company where I managed to keep our partners inspired up to support them directly with their end users, being their product manager on the matter.As the company grew, I got the chance to mature on many personal and professional aspects, allowing me to become the leader of the new matrix organization for the sales of shuttle products.I believe the journey so far was made possible by being honest, respectful and open minded. and why not, also a bit lucky!
