Managing and Optimizing the Company\'s organizational process, with a focus on process reengineering, defining and maintaining the Company\'s value chain, corporate governance, and delineating roles and responsibilities of organizational functions of the Company.1) Organizational Processes and Process Reengineering- Assessment: evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks- Redesign: implement new processes or modify existing ones to improve efficiency and effectiveness- Implementation: ensure smooth implementation of the new processes- Monitoring: monitor the new processes to ensure they meet the desired outcomes and update if necessary.2) Value Chain Definition and Maintenance- Mapping: definition of Company’s value chain- Optimization: look for opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance value at each stage.3) Corporate Governance- Internal Regulation: develop and maintain Company\'s policies and procedure that ensure compliance with laws and group standards- Roles & Responsibilities: Clear definition of roles and responsibilities for each function, structure and unit within the Company- Internal Memorandum: preparation and publication of Company\'s Internal memorandum for CEO approval- Control Functions: following and implementing control function\'s recommendation impacting internal processes, policies, procedures, roles and responsibility- Outsourcing: managing outsourcing activities, from contract definition to periodic KPI monitoring- Regulatory Reporting: managing regulatory reporting n relation to Outsourcing Agreements, Company Organizational Structure Reporting, Safekeeping of Client\'s Assets, etc- Internal Reporting: managing preparation of internal reporting for Management Committee, CEO, CdA.
