Intern at SAS Le Bœuf Éthique, the first company in France to introduce a mobile cattle slaughterhouse. This experience allowed me to: Manage administrative follow-up, including subsidy applications (France Relance, BPI Innovation) Handle invoicing software and prepare accounting documents for the chartered accountant Prepare an application for certification under a quality label Conduct an equipment diagnostic for upcoming maintenance by the Finnish manufacturer Translate technical documents (French-English) for operational useI also explored a new sector, gaining insight into slaughtering, carcass cutting, and meat preparation, as well as the processes required to maintain quality standards.
