Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and internal HR policies- Oversee employment contract accuracy and proper documentation management- Guarantee timely and error-free payroll for all teammates- Support leaders in managing onboarding, offboarding, and job transitions- Manage workplace safety processes and ensure all teammates meet health requirements- Facilitate medical check-ups (pre-employment and periodical) and handle related documentation- Guide leaders in managing maternity/parental leave and work-related injuries- Provide HR administrative support and act as point of contact for teammates’ labor-related questions- Promote understanding of labor rights and Decathlon policies across teams- Optimize labor cost by collaborating with site leaders on scheduling and budgeting- Leverage legal and contractual tools (e.g. apprenticeships, flexible contracts) to support sustainable hiring- Deliver HR training and onboarding on payroll tools, benefits, and company policies- Actively contribute to HR network activities and share best practices- Drive communication and awareness around employee benefits and welfare programs- Support the implementation of Decathlon\'s People strategy at site level
