ABOUT LUCA GHEDINA
I am a passionate Intellectual Property lawyer with extensive experience in both in and out of Court matters. My practice covers all IP related issues, with a specific focus on patents and solid experience in trademarks, design, know-how, geographical indications, copyright, anticounterfeiting, unfair competition. I represent clients in all degrees of adjudication and instances at national level (including IP Courts in first and second instance, Supreme Court, self-regulatory and administrative bodies for commercial communication and consumer protection, IAP and AGCM) and at European level (EU General Court and Court of Justice).I also have wide expertise in contract law—covering licensing, distribution, research and development, publishing agreements—as well as Internet law and IP policies.Thanks to my international background and language skills, I’m able to easily connect with clients and colleagues from different cultures, making communication smooth and effective.
