ABOUT LUCA FILIPPONI

The first part of my career was fully dedicated to Finance having been Head of Corporate Tax and Affairs, Corporate Controller and Corporate Strategic Planning and Control Director.During this time I have also followed several M&A transactions with leadership on Due Diligences, assets financial evaluations and Agreements negotiations.Since 2007 my responsibilities are focused on General Management in the Pharma Sector, either in Specialty, Prescription Medicines and Consumer Healthcare.I have gained experiences on- Start-Ups (Hungary and Germany)- Specialty and Consumer Healthcare products launches ( Ontozry, Thermacare,etc.)- Country General Management with legal liabilities (Austria, Germany, France, Hungary and Romania, Switzerland and US)- Business Turnarounds (Austria, Turkey and Romania)- Cluster coordination (Greece and Bulgaria, Austria and Hungary)Business growth and profitability have been ensured always achieving company targets.Former responsible for 14 countries P&L\'s in the central/west Europe area but also icluding Turkey and USA as \"International Executive Area Director\".Ongoing startups in the Nordics and FraBeNe areas.Currently President of Angelini Pharma France, Chairman of Angelini Pharma Nordics, Managing Director of Arvelle Therapeutics international GMBH, vice Chairman in Angelini Pharma Turkey, Board Director in Angelini Pharma US.Lead of international workstream for the integration of Arvelle acquisition, together with Tharmacare commercial transition from Pfizer.Actually Commercial Operations & Excellence Senior Director with HQ and US Executive Vice President.
