Drive the end-to-end commercial supply chain activities from sourcing / planning to distribution of medicines to our customers in the country. Ensure end-to-end demand and supply planning processes in the operational, tactical, and strategic horizon: translate strategic network goals into plans, driving standard approach to operational performance and maximizing the value of the Supply Chain. Act as key business partner for Commercial Operations, ensuring supply chain activities are fully integrated to ensure smooth commercial activities. Ensure Integrated Business Planning Process for clinical and commercial supply is running, to regularly review and integrate product, demand, supply, and financial plans in the medium to long time horizon and enable effective decision making. Manage business relationship with Contract Packaging Organization (CPO) and ensure daily operations with CPO and key CMOs. Warehouse & Distribution activities: manage business relationship with distribution courier, 3PL, and other warehouse, and ensure daily operations. Lead and develop the commercial supply chain team, to ensure effective business continuity and ensure a pipeline of talents is built.
