ABOUT LUCA DEL CORE
I have an extensive range of experience working in quality related roles spanning over 16 years. I have been exposed to a wide range of products in drilling and completions and I have a sound knowledge of seamless pipes used for pipeline and for drilling. I have successfully taken on any role given to me including developing quality departments and managing them effectively. My current role requires me to represent various oil and gas operators as Team Leader by qualifying equipment supplied by service companies to ensure that they meet the relevant standards. This includes monitoring the manufacturing and inspection, assembly and testing of equipment to be used for offshore drilling and completion operations. I have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic approach. Throughout my career, I have built up good relationships with clients and colleagues. I thrive under pressure and achieve personal satisfaction from meeting targets. I work well as part of as a team as well as on my own initiative. I am always keen to undertake any further training to enhance and extend my knowledge and experience. I have excellent written and spoken English language skills gained through school language courses and overseas working experience, as well as mother-tongue competency in Italian.
