ABOUT LUCA COLOGNOLA

I have more than 20 years of experience in the Management Consulting, with delivery and commercial responsibility. Since joining KPMG in 2001, I have contributed significantly to the development of the Business Intelligence & Performance Management practice, where I gained significant professional and managerial experience. These have included particularly complex projects in a range of industries, including Government, Gaming & Betting, Transportation, Fashion, Telco, Energy and Finance. During last years I have actively contributed to the positioning of KPMG in Energy services with a particular focus on Digital Transformation (IoT, RPA, Blockchain, Dematerialization, Process Mining, Enterprise Asset Management), CIO Advisory (Cost Allocation, Service Catalog ICT, Mobile Strategy ), HR Advisory (Business Process Reengineering and System Integration) and, in general, in the governance of complex digital transformation program. I have strong experience in participating in public tenders (GSE, ARERA, ANAC, SOGEI.) consolidated in the Energy market (ENEL, Terna.), dealing with the definition of strategic alliances, the price strategy, the technical response up to the management of the contract, both from a commercial and governance and delivery point of view by relating, as a Client Partner, with the management of the clients, both on the business and ICT side. The activity carried out has allowed me to build a network of contacts with C-Level and the middle management of numerous client companies, both in the Energy sector and, more generally, in the Consumer & Industrial Market sector, as well as numerous relationships with partners in the Advisory sector, System Integration and with Software Vendors.
