I translate demand into accurate supply plans aligned with supplier production capacities and international logistics constraints.I manage inventory and continuously monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, CFR, and stock turnover. I produce regular reporting to support decision-making, including product obsolescence analysis aimed at waste reduction through targeted actions.I collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product availability and business objectives, contributing strategically to supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
