More than 20 years of experience in management of complex multi-country projects having to interface with multinational and multicultural teams. I\'m currently covering the role of Project Manager. Previously i was the Head of Egypt Area Project Engineering and before Senior Project Engineer. As a Project Manager, I\'m responsible of planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the projects in the respect of the contractual obligationg and budget associated to the project. In the role Head of Egypt Area Project Engineering, I was the responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a result, i had to improve furthermore the capacity of delegating tasks, setting project goals and deliverables, managing timelines, and overseeing the entire engineering team\'s progress. The work as Senior Project Engineer was to follow the project since the first phases (project planning, definition of the resources assigned to the team, budget assignment), then enter in the design phase with the related activities and document submission (requirements management, design documentation, definition of the BoM, FAT-SAT testing procedures, installation documentation), support the purchasing, attend the FAT with the Customer, and, finally, give the proper contribute for the on-site installation and SAT. I’m technical reference of the Customer and I follow the whole life-cycle of a project from the contract award till the handover to the end user. I’ve developed a consolidated experience in the following technologies- Tetra and VHF systems: hardware and software architectures. Development of a Radio dispatching system for operator-to-train driver communication- Integrated supervision and control Systems (SCADA): hardware and software architectures- Passenger Communication Systems (PIS and PAGA): hardware and software architectures- On-board systems: communication between Train and Operational Control Centre- Security systems (CCTV, Digital Video and Voice Recording)- Time Synchronization Systems- Telephone/Intercom Systems - Fire Detection Systems
