Reporting directly to the Head of Legal & Compliance for Trucks and Buses Italy, I give support in the following matters:\\\\n- Contracts: draft and review different kind of national and international contracts both in Italian and in English\\\\n- Public Procurement Law and Public Tender: legal advice and support with reference to the D.lgs. 50/2016 and D.lgs. 36/2023 (c.d. Codice Appalti), reviewing the Tender documentations in a legal perspective, as well as draw up legal opinion\\\\n- Corporate Governance: draft and review minute of the Board of Directors and Shareholders meeting, as well as, oversee and manage Power of Attorneys\\\\n- Litigation: manage Claims, draw up letters of disputes, give advice and support\\\\n- Compliance and Integrity: ensure that the behaviour of the company is compliance with the laws (included but not limited to GDPR and D.lgs. 231/2001) and policies of Parent Company\\\\n\\\\n
