Activities- Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance (sales, traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition)- Support the achievement of commercial eCommerce targets at national and store level- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT teams to optimize the omnichannel customer journey- Support initiatives aimed at acquiring new online customers and re-activating inactive ones- Analyze data and KPIs through dashboards, reports and Excel-based analysis- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital commercial and promotional activities- Support the rollout and adoption of eCommerce projects across stores- Collect feedback from stores and customers to improve digital tools and processes- Monitor market trends and competitors in the B2B eCommerce landscape.
