I serve as the primary Engineering and Programme liaison for ZD work on behalf of the entire Engine Production and Aftermarket (EPA) organisation.I develop, maintain and drive the overall ZD plan to meet Rolls-Royce Delivery organisation objectives around engine manual maturity, and cementing long term corrective actions.I manage a team of 8 MRO engineers and 40+ contractors based worldwide to deliver the Zero Defect (ZD) strategy (Cost and Turnaround time Reduction activities) in the MRO bases servicing Rolls-Royce engines. I lead, develop, drive and technically guide the team day-to-day to ensure we deliver to the plan, at the right quality.
