About Luc Reynaert

Luc is the Chief Product Supply Officer of Procter & Gamble. In this role, he leads P&G’s global Product Supply organization, which includes Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Quality, Planning and Purchasing. He is responsible for almost men and women, 110 manufacturing plants, and 200 distribution centers around the world, all focused on bringing P&G\'s irresistibly superior products to the world’s consumers.Luc is a true Product Supply professional, having built his career from the “ground up” with progressive Engineering and Supply Chain leadership roles. Having joined P&G in 1988 as a Controls Engineer, Luc made it his mission to master all aspects of the Supply Chain - Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Quality, Planning and Purchasing. It is this hunger for continuous learning that have enabled him to provide breakthrough leadership with successful assignments on key P&G’s businesses - Fabric & Home Care, Baby Care, Feminine Care as well as Beauty. He has lived and worked in both Europe and North America maintaining global responsibilities in each of these assignments. Luc\'s passion is Supply Innovation. He is recognized internally and externally as a visionary leader in Supply Chain, leading the Global Supply Innovation Program for P&G Product Supply and has twice represented P&G on the U.S. Conference Board Council on Innovation, serving as P&G Representative and Council Chair. He is constantly looking for ways to create disruptive innovation by building alliances and partners with start-ups to truly innovate across all aspects of the Supply Chain.He is also passionate about inspiring, leading and coaching his organization and he actively role models Citizenship, both in his role as sponsor for Asian Pacific Americans in NA (one of P&G’s Affinity Groups), sponsor of Gender Equality in P&G\'s Europe, India, Middle East and Africa regions, and the Executive Sponsor for the P&G\'s People with Disabilities network.In January 2023, he was elected as an Executive Board Member of the American Cleaning Institute (ACI).
