Luc Chabot is currently President of LGChabot Inc providing Project Management, Engineering Management, Technical consultancy and Owner Representation services for Deepwater Floating Production and Subsea Developments worldwide. Industry experience dates back to 1980. He is a subject matter expert for floating platform design, fabrication and installation. Expertise covers the fields of global response and structural design of hull, mooring and riser designs. He also specializes in the planning and execution of weather sensitive marine operations such as heavy lifts, dry transports, towing and mooring installation). He has held the positions of Project Manager, Technical Lead and Interface Manager for several world class floating facilities (Spars and Semis) and subsea deepwater development projects. Clients have included Operators, Investors, Regulatory/Government, EPCI contractors and specialized service providers.
