With Domani & Co, I am resuming activities and returning to my roots of supporting companies and individuals to achieve their goals and growth. I founded the consultancy in 1996, after my career with the IMF in Vienna at a newly established Joint Vienna Institute. The JVI continues to deliver education and specialized training to top government officials from all around the world to date, and my experience there - working with the brightest minds of international finance and banking - allowed me to understand the importance of leadership and collaboration for any organization or individual\'s success. My clients included GE Spacenet - closing a satellite communications network deal with a major Czech Bank in CEE, TEVA registering some of their first generic drugs in Eastern Europe, Mosaic Software - a unique software company from South Africa building EFT (electronic fund transfer) solutions and Tiscali\'s founder Renato Soru - selling his CEE internet service provider company to Deutsche Bank which laid the foundation for Tiscali. For the past 17 years at HON, I have been privileged to be a part of its evolution to one of the most admired industrial giants and contribute to its global expansion & growth. My HR career allowed me to support some of the best leaders and help them build strong organizations and talent, as well as grow personally, very often being the only coach and confidant of a top leader with critical decisions. TJC, a private equity firm, formed Precisional LLC, as a global platform focused on precision measurement and data solutions driving efficiencies in the most demanding infrastructure end markets. Precisional acquired 4 Trimble businesses with a long heritage of innovation, and each is a leader in the markets it serves. We plan to accelerate the pace of innovation and growth with the focus of resources and investment on these core businesses supported by TJC and our people will lead the way!
