Responsible for managing large scale, high risk, high visibility (enterprise infrastructure related IT projects) and new business initiatives from initiation to delivery.\\\\n• Manage multi-year Mobile portfolio with budget over $10M. Projects include: build and deploy a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solution for iOS devices on MobileIron; build a solution for corporate-provided mobile device replacement from BlackBerry platform to Apple iOS smart iPhone, etc.\\\\n• Involved in managing large scale Hardware Refresh projects impacting hundreds of users with implementation teams spread across the globe.\\\\n• Lead implementation of alternative print solution that no longer relies on print servers to handle spooling and printing jobs. New printing solution (Cirrato) routes all printer traffic directly from the user’s workstation to the printer and removes the need of the print servers.\\\\n• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to clearly establish project scope, define roles and responsibilities for all teams, clearly understand the resources availabilities and backfill plan if required\\\\n• Monitor, track and resolve project level issues and risks; take corrective actions where necessary. Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis\\\\n• Coordinate with business on scheduling project and change management activities\\\\n• Report and monitor program dependencies across the portfolio, provide oversight and governance across the whole portfolio\\\\n• Work with Project Managers to resolve daily challenges, chair project meetings, create executive dashboards and track milestones\\\\n• Manage technical resources, assist with forecasting, create and maintain budget and schedule of programs in the portfolio\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
