Altra Industrial Motion was acquired on March 27, 2023 by Regal Rexnord. My new chapter of Creating Better Tomorrows with the combined companies began a few months later in August 2023 when I assumed the role of HR leader and Division business partner for five Commercial Gearing businesses within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment: Boston Gear (Charlotte, NC), Regal Beloit America (Florence, KY and Union Grove, WI), Rexnord Industries (Stuart’s Draft), and Regal Beloit Apodaca (Monterrey, Mexico).
