As CFO, he is responsible for driving growth, structuring complex financings, and positioning River Caddis as a trusted partner to investors, lenders, and community stakeholders.With a deep background in real estate capital markets, affordable housing, and organizational leadership, Luan has guided the closing of transformative developments, strategic acquisitions and spearheaded initiatives that strengthen financial performance, corporate governance, and long-term scalability.
