I’m Leslie Johnson, MS, RD, LD, a registered dietitian and nutrition professional passionate about making nutrition education accessible, practical, and impactful. My work has included leading food-as-medicine initiatives, expanding food security programs, delivering nutrition counseling, and creating accessible, community-driven education. Currently offering one-on-one nutrition counseling through Green Bean Grove, I’m building a practice with a mission to make nutritious food and quality care more accessible for all. The long-term goal is to grow Green Bean Grove into a community kitchen and education space that supports healthier choices and strengthens local access to food and nutrition resources.
