ABOUT LIAM GRANT
With over 15 years of experience in enterprise change leadership, I specialise in delivering impactful transformations that align business strategies with human-centric approaches. At BT Group, I lead the Change and colleague experience workstream for a new Operating Model that included large-scale Agile transformation initiative impacting colleagues, utilising methodologies such as Prosci (incl. ADKAR) to drive cultural shifts and seamless transitions. My focus lies in fostering leadership alignment and embedding sustainable change to enhance organisational agility. Previously, I played a leading role to BT Group’s landmark Better Workplace Programme, a workplace transformation programme impacting colleagues, that included managing strategic business cases and footprint analysis, programme management, building the strategy and team to deliver Change & Engagement activities and setting up scalable HR process and policies for the Programme (and wider organisation) to use. Additionally have operated in all facets of HR, as a HR BP generalist, ER Specialist and ER & Shared Service Projects Team Leader in a HR Shared Service.Known for my ability to navigate complex challenges, I bring expertise in stakeholder engagement, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and structured program delivery to achieve meaningful outcomes for colleagues and the business.
