I have been given the opportunity to help form Generac’s Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence as the Director, TA Ops. We are turning hiring into a smoother, smarter, and more enjoyable experience. Within the TA COE we build scalable recruiting processes, champion recruiting tech (ATS integrations, automation, analytics), and develop standardized guidelines and training to help recruiters and hiring managers shine. With a decade of experience in talent acquisition, I\'m currently leading Generac\'s international strategy. At Generac, my mission is to foster a culture of innovation, with scalable processes that enhance our competitive presence worldwide.Prior to the Generac acquisition, I supported team at ecobee as we grew from 70 to 500+, a testament to our strategic approach in attracting industry-leading professionals in home automation. My role involved initiating and defining the hiring process, emphasizing quality and efficiency while coaching a highly engaged and skilled recruitment team. By implementing innovative staffing solutions, I ensured automation and candidate experience were at the forefront of our talent acquisition practices.
