ABOUT LUCAS BAKER
Luke is proud to call himself a trial lawyer. Through his work, he helps to hold insurance companies, corporations, and individuals accountable for the harm they cause to innocent victims. Born and raised in Sylva, North Carolina, Luke is a native North Carolinian from the western part of the state. Luke grew up with the mountains as his back yard and has deep connection in his heart to the Blue Ridge Mountains he calls home. Luke is licensed to practice law by the North Carolina State Bar and is authorized to practice before all state and federal district courts in North Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (formerly North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers), and American Association for Justice (formerly American Trial Lawyers Association). Luke is also a faculty member and Assistant Dean with the prestigious trial lawyer college, Keenan Trial Institute.
