I am a Strategic HR Leader and Commissioned Territorial Army Officer with 14+ years of experience in ONGC and MoPNG, specialising in HR governance, energy-sector coordination, offshore security, and multi-agency collaboration.My career spans critical roles in national energy security, where I worked closely with the MOD, MHA Navy, IAF, Coast Guard, ODAG, and multiple E&P operators to streamline clearances, strengthen offshore readiness, and ensure operational continuity in high-security environments.
