I am a dedicated individual licensed in the insurance industry field, handling contract and commercial surety bonds and very professional client relations with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experienced in the account management and issuance of bonds throughout the U.S. with some foreign country bonds as well. Provide and maintain the highest level of timely customer service, assistance, and guidance. Process contract, commercial bonds, customs bond, bid bonds and e-bids, letters of credits and more. I understand contracts, government and environmental regulations and work well with state government departments and local municipalities across the country. Assist producers as needed with proposal preparation. Previous experience that assists me in the surety field includes an administrative assistant to a Director and an Office Manager as well as a claims legal aid in an insurance company. I am proficient with quality control, legal experience, along with a medical background. I enjoy problem solving and thrive in a challenging, high volume, fast paced and deadline driven environment.    Service clients in the issuance of all types of commercial and contract surety and customs bonds as well as bid bonds. Responsible for day-to-day client service, issuing and maintaining bonds and renewals, provide information and answer client questions, work with the broker surety and insurance teams to develop appropriate carrier submissions and assist in presenting final proposals to prospects. Other duties include: acquisitions, gathering information from prospective clients, completing high level bond reviews and assisting in the resolution of carrier and client accounting, billing and collections issues. I work closely with Account Executives (Producers), Surety Companies, Clients, Municipalities and Government bodies to provide customer service for the bond needs of my clients. Occasionally travel for client or carrier meetings.
