I really enjoy fixing things. It could be anything from my lawn mower, to one of my daughter\'s toys. I have always found joy in the struggle of attempting to fix something, whether I am successful at fixing it or not. Because of this, I am constantly reminded that hard work doesn\'t always guarantee victory, and that without hard work there can be no victory.My natural desire to repair the broken has led me to discovery opportunities where I can be of service to my organization by aiding in the advancement of employee development, creating relationships which promote both professional and organizational growth, and using a system of checks and balances to ensure that appropriate guidelines continue to be followed at all times.
