Set to go live in August 2025- Continued my leadership growth by taking lead on onboarding and configuring incoming sponsors and/ or exhibitors for RSAC Conference 20••••25- Act as the main contact for over 50 San Francisco hotels to review and approve ancillary programs during the RSAC Conference - Acted as lead sponsor manager for over 35 sponsors for PegaWorld 2024 and 2025- Responsible for designing and and vetting turnkey booth designs with main General Service Contractor - Took initiative to create a turnkey booth step-by-step process to share with sponsorship team as whole - Act as advocate and liaison between conference vendors, client leads and sponsors -Successfully executed a client event as part of an overall sale roadshow in Fall of 2024. Ideated 10 options in three different cities with client that lead to an intimate dining and Bourbon tasting event for 11 sales executives.
