   In my role as Community Marketing Manager I work alongside the Marketing & Outreach Director to assist in a variety of marketing programs including social media strategy, editorial content creation, community engagement and outreach, and other related administrative duties and projects.I sort through various sales, local news, and department promotions in order to craft a monthly social calendar consisting of 3-4 brand-oriented posts designed to build brand awareness, drive sales, and encourage community engagement. Through the use of Mailchimp I launch a weekly email newsletter featuring weekly sales, store updates, and related digital publications.Throughout my time at the Co-op, I have assisted in growing our Instagram follower count from approximately to 6,700 followers and have boosted our overall presence on Instagram stories. In addition to my marketing role, I have also established myself as a versatile employee, offering administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department and Board of Directors, while acting as a brand and community steward for the Co-op through my online communication with customers and social media followers.
