Led diverse RTE scrap reduction team resulting in annualized savings over $5MM. 2025 Employee of the Year Led Weber and Install Support Team that helped ensure a smooth transition to a new product line. This team focused on areas such as FSQA, Safety, Production, HR and Change Management. This is the first time that a diverse installation project team has been created and managed. Led Smoke House improvement team that increased daily output 17 to 19 houses based on weight. This team brought together Production, Maintenance and FSQA to identify and implement improvement opportunities. Reduced SH run times for Slab 9/11 product line from 6.5 to 4.8 hours.
