Through a temporary placement agency, I began working at Endeavor Health (formerly NorthShore University HealthSystem) in September 2014 as a Open Enrollment Customer Support Representative. I answered employees\' questions regarding health care coverage and defined contribution benefits plans. I directed employees through the online enrollment system and guided executives and physicians through top hat retirement plan enrollment.I began my current, permanent position in November 2014. As a Benefits Specialist Senior, I am the liaison between retirement plan recordkeepers and employees during the resolution of escalated situations. I manage the annual nondiscrimination testing process, Form 5500 submission, and retirement plan audits. I am a key member of the implementation team for online enrollment of the tax deferred annuity plan and executive/physician income deferral plan.I manage a series of workshops and communication strategies utilizing data analytics that enhance employee awareness of retirement benefits.
