Propulsion and aftertreatment systems engineer at TRATON Group, currently working with urea dosing systems that sit at the core of emissions performance, regulatory compliance, and large-scale sustainability.I’ve been committed to vehicle engineering since the age of 14 — not only to master technology, but to understand how engineering choices become business decisions, strategy, and long-term impact. Today, I work in a highly regulated, system-critical domain where technical precision, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder alignment matter as much as the engineering itself.My background spans advanced drivetrains, propulsion testing, and now exhaust aftertreatment — giving me a system-level understanding of how products move from concept to production and into the field. But more importantly, it has shaped my interest in leading complex engineering organizations, not remaining a specialist.Over the next few years, my goal is to transition into technical leadership and management roles — where I can guide teams, make architectural and strategic decisions, and connect engineering execution with business outcomes. I’m particularly motivated by environments that value ownership, long-term thinking, and leadership development.What defines my way of working is ownership and trajectory. I take responsibility beyond my formal scope, ask questions that go beyond my subsystem, and actively seek opportunities to understand the full product and organization — from development and validation to strategy and market impact.This is not just a role — it’s the foundation of a leadership path in the vehicle industry.
